Each batch undergoes careful testing to ensure top quality and safety. Key nutritional components - fat, moisture, protein, water content, and ash - are analyzed to guarantee consistency. Every batch is also screened for Salmonella, and foreign material ensuring our products meet strict food safety standards before reaching consumers.
Within the production process, we implement state-of-the-art quality control and product safety measures. Metal detectors are used to remove any metal fragments that may have accidentally entered the fish during the fishing process.
Our in-house cold storage allows us to guarantee optimum product quality and offer efficient storage solutions for our customers. Throughout the entire processing chain, raw materials are never allowed to exceed 7 °C, preserving freshness, texture, and nutritional value at every stage.
Our facilities incorporate energy-efficient solutions, including heat recovery systems, LED lighting, and well-insulated production areas, all designed to reduce energy consumption, lower our environmental footprint, and maintain optimal conditions for product quality.
